Norcom Communications was established in 1995. Based in the Redcliffe penninsula, Norcom services the greater Brisbane region and sunshine coast area.
We also support some key clients that are spread around Australia. Our aim is to supply high quality products and serviecs, wth a high level of attention to detail, at reasonable price.
We dont aim to be the dearest or the cheapest.
PABX Service
Norcom has been an LG Aria, Ericsson IPECS dealership for 20 years. We are factory trained on all the latest systems and products. We service our own clinets and several other LG dealers from around Australia who dont have a presence in SE QLD.
We are also certified engineers and gold certified Advanced Engineer Partner for 3cx phone system. 3cx is a very modern phone system built on windows, it can be hosted on client server infrastructure server or PC, or easily installed to cloud hosted servers including Google and Amazon.
At Norcom, we are not carrier aligned, so we feel we will always give you the best independent advice on telco deals.
We generally dont do bundle deals as they are normally attached to finance contracts, and we dont believe this is the lowest cost of ownership.

We can tailor a service package to suit your existing 3cx or LG Ipecs installation.
Pre paid blocks of hours are the most efficient way to service your 3cx system, We normally set up remote access, and we will bill in increments of 15 minute blocks.
No call out fees, no travel time. Great for small jobs. Pre paid service clients get priority 2 hour service.

We are service specialists for Ipecs, LG Ericsson and 3cx. We can also provide you with remote service on these brands at a very good price and more importantly in a quick turn around time.
